Vendora for wholesalers and distributors
Sell to trade customers on account, buy from suppliers against orders, and know what each unit really cost you once freight and duty are in.

Price lists
A price list is a pricing plan, such as retail or wholesale. The cashier picks it at the till, and anything not on the list sells at its normal price. Past sales keep the prices they were sold at. To change many prices at once, add or take off an amount or a percentage. Every change is kept under past changes.

Credit
- Give trade customers a credit limit. The till refuses a sale that would go over it.
- Credit management shows who owes what. Settlements show how each person paid it off.

Buying
- Raise purchase orders, then receive against them. If only part arrives, the rest stays open.
- Share freight, duty and offloading costs across the products by value, so each unit shows its real cost.
- See what you owe each supplier, and pay part or all of a delivery.
- Return damaged or wrong goods to a supplier, with a reason and the credit note number.

Questions people ask
Can different customers get different prices?
Yes, with price lists. The cashier picks the list at the till. Price lists need a connection, because the server works out the prices.
Do prices differ by outlet?
No. Prices are the same at every outlet, so a price change can't be limited to one branch.
