Vendora is a point of sale and stock control system from Nemesis, for businesses that sell things.
Why we built it
Shops lose money in small ways. A shelf gets miscounted. A refund can't be explained. A credit account drifts. In Vendora, every change to stock and money is saved with a name, a time and a reason, and you can check the numbers against each other.
How it's meant to work
- Stock only moves through recorded actions, and each one shows who made it.
- The phone app keeps selling when the connection drops.
- Roles, authenticator sign-in and an audit trail mean people can only do what they're allowed to.
- The menus are grouped by the job you're doing, and the manual explains every part.
