Vendora for bakeries and small makers
You buy ingredients, make something and sell it. Recipes connect the first step to the last, so you can see what each batch used and what it cost.

Recipes and production
Give a finished product its ingredients under Recipe. Start a production run, pick the product and how many you made, check the ingredients it will use, and save. The ingredients come out of stock and the finished goods go in. It works the same on the web and on the phone.
Expiry and batches
Record lot numbers and expiry dates when stock arrives. Vendora lists the batches on your shelf with the soonest expiry first.
What it's worth
The valuation report shows what your stock is worth at cost and at selling price. Gross profit takes the cost of what you sold off your net sales.

The counter
Sell over the counter, take orders with deposits for cakes and events, and keep selling on the phone when the connection drops.
